Shipping Policy

We strive to ensure prompt and reliable delivery of your orders. Our shipping methods include USPS First Class, Ground Advantage, Priority, or similar services, as well as UPS. If you prefer a different shipping carrier, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Processing Times:
Almost all items are shipped within 1 business day of receipt of your order. Please note that we operate Monday through Friday, and weekends are excluded from our processing times. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the following business day.

Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with tracking information via email. Please check your inbox, spam, or trash folders for the tracking email. If you do not receive the tracking information within 2 business days, please reach out to us.

Responsibility:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked the item as delivered. For additional protection, we recommend choosing a shipping option with signature confirmation or insurance if you are concerned about your package's security. Please contact us if you request signature confirmation or insurance.
