Cachet Returns & Warranty

We want you to feel confident and excited about every Cachet piece you order through our Paparazzi Showroom. Below is a quick overview of how returns and warranty coverage work for Cachet by Paparazzi™ accessories. Read the official return and limited warranty policy here.


30-Day Returns when Purchased Direct from Paparazzi

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn Cachet piece that is still in its original packaging for orders placed directly through our Cachet Showroom and fulfilled by Paparazzi. Returns can be for any reason – maybe the size wasn’t quite right, or you changed your mind. As long as it’s new and resalable, you’re covered.

  • Items must be unworn and in original packaging with no signs of use or damage.
  • Returns outside the 30-day window are not accepted.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping unless Paparazzi made a fulfillment error (wrong item, incorrect size, etc.).

6-Month Limited Warranty

Cachet comes with a six-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects such as:

  • Broken chains or faulty clasps
  • Jump rings or links that don’t close properly
  • Abnormal discoloration (not normal wear)
  • Significant size or length discrepancies from the product description

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper cleaning, lost or stolen items, or damage from misuse or unauthorized alterations.

First Sale – What That Means

Cachet returns and warranty coverage are based on the First Sale from Paparazzi:

  • If you order directly from our Cachet Showroom (Paparazzi ships straight to you), your 30-day return window and 6-month warranty start from the day your package is delivered to you.
  • If we order Cachet inventory and then sell it to you later, the return and warranty clock started from the day Paparazzi first delivered that order to us — not the day we pass it along to you. This means the coverage period may be shorter if you buy a piece from our on-hand Cachet inventory. Because of shipping time, your warranty on Cachet items purchased from Sugar Bee Bling will expire 10 weeks after the Order Date referenced in the product description. Because it will be difficult to track and share delivery dates of our on-hand inventory, it is best to consider our on-hand Cachet inventory will be as "Final Sale."

We’ll always do our best to help you, but Paparazzi makes their decisions based on that first delivery date.

How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim

If you need to return or exchange a Cachet item, please email returns@paparazziaccessories.com before sending anything back. You’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

Please include in your email:

  • Your name and Consultant/Customer ID (if available)
  • Your order number or invoice
  • The item name and SKU/P-number
  • Reason for return with a short description
  • A clear photo of the item

What Happens Next

  • If the identical item is in stock, Paparazzi will send a replacement at no extra cost.
  • If not available, you may receive a comparable item of equal or greater value, or a credit for the original purchase price.
  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within about 15 days of Paparazzi receiving the item.
Quick Note: Cachet returns and warranty coverage only apply to purchases made directly from the Paparazzi Showroom (my Paparazzi site: paparazziaccessories.com/sugarbeebling) or from inventory first delivered to Consultants by Paparazzi. The coverage period is always tied to that first Paparazzi delivery date. 

Final Sale Cachet pieces are not returnable except for warranty-covered manufacturing defects.
