Refund and Return Policy

Returns 
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also include the packing slip or order confirmation in the return. For approved returns of defective items, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label. For other returns, return shipping cost is your responsibility and the original shipping cost or charge will be deducted from your return amount. This means you are responsible for the return shipping cost for returns for reasons such as, but not limited to, changed mind, size/weight not as expected, style not as expected, etc.

To start a return, you can contact us at mandy@sugarbeebling.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations 
Orders may be cancelled if a request to do so is submitted and acknowledged by us BEFORE the item is shipped. We try to process orders quickly, so your best chance of cancelling your order is by contacting us within one hour of placing the order. You can reach us via mandy@sugarbeebling.com or message us through our Facebook page www.facebook.com/sugarbeebling. Orders marked as "Shipped" cannot be cancelled.
